❖ Do you allow local pickup?
For liability and safety reasons, our manufacturing facility is not open to the public for retail shopping. However, for large pallet freight orders, we can arrange dock pickup for your carrier.
❖ Can I order over the phone?
We recommend placing orders via the website to ensure accuracy of shipping addresses and inventory reservation. However, if you are placing a Custom Formulation order, we can send a digital invoice via email.
❖ Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This central location allows for relatively fast transit times to both coasts (usually 2-4 business days).
❖ Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options are available at checkout. Please note that “Next Day” refers to the transit time after the order has been processed (24-48 hours).
