Do your products arrive labeled?
No. Every stock product ships unlabeled. Order printed labels and soap boxes from us at live prices or use your own, then apply them yourself or have us apply them for $0.75 each.
Is there a minimum for label application?
No. We apply labels to any quantity of any catalog product. Printed labels from our custom labels page start at 100 per design, and custom soap boxes at 25. Other label printers may set their own minimums, which we include in your material quote.
Can you design my label?
Yes. Our team designs custom labels and soap boxes for $295.00 per design, with 3 revisions included. If you send a finished design, there is no design charge.
Can I order printed labels and boxes from you?
Yes. Order full-color roll labels for our balm jars and lids, lotion jars, lip balm tubes, and deodorant on our custom labels page, and printed boxes for our soap bars on our custom soap boxes page. Both show live prices. Choose Send to us to apply and they come straight to our shop, ready to apply to your stock.
Can you ship labeled products to my customers?
Yes, through TallowPal, our no-minimum app. Orders sync from your store or come in by upload, and we print and apply your label, then pack and ship each order. Each order costs the unit price, label included, plus the actual shipping label. See tallow soap dropshipping.
What happens to unused labels?
We store them on site for your next order, or return them if you ask.
How long does a labeled order take?
It depends on the product, the quantity, and your label printing time. Printed labels from our labels page ship in about 6 business days after you approve them, and custom soap boxes in about 10. Soap bars can ship before they finish curing; we recommend 2 to 4 weeks of curing from the production date before you sell them. See our Production and Curing Policy and share your target date in your request.
Does labeling change the formula?
No. We label our catalog products as they are. A formula of your own is a custom project, which requires an order of 200 bars.
