Can we mix soap scents in one order?
Yes. All soap bars count toward one tier, so a mixed order still gets volume pricing. Lavender, Woodsy, Citrus & Lemon, and Coffee cost more to make, so they have their own price at each tier.
How do we test a bar in our box?
Order one full 4 oz bar. Single bars start at $4.80, with no minimum. The 2 oz soap sample is right for scent and feel, but not for testing packaging fit.
Can you ship gifts straight to recipients?
Yes, through TallowPal, our no-minimum app. Connect your store or upload your orders, and we label each gift and ship it to the recipient in a plain box with your packing slip. Each order is the unit price, label included, plus the actual shipping label.
Can you make soap for weddings or corporate gifts?
Yes. Stock bars work at any quantity, with your label applied by you or by us. If you want your own formula, a custom order needs 200 bars and starts with a $250 pilot.
How early should we order for a seasonal box?
Work back from your in-hands date. Timing depends on the product and quantity, and bars can ship before they finish curing, so allow 2 to 4 weeks of curing from the production date before the boxes go out. See our Production and Curing Policy, and confirm dates with us before you promise a ship date.
How much is shipping?
Checkout calculates it from your ZIP code and order weight, using UPS and USPS rates, so you see the exact charge before you pay. Large orders ship in several boxes, with one shipping charge.
