Do you make hotel-size or mini bars?
No. Every stock bar is a full-size 4 oz bar, which suits welcome gifts, room packages, extended stays, and retail better than single-night amenities.
Can several properties order together?
Yes. Put everything on one order and every soap bar counts toward the same volume tier. Lavender, Woodsy, Citrus & Lemon, and Coffee have their own price at each tier. If the bars need to ship to more than one address, email us before you order.
Which scents work best for guest rooms?
Start with an unscented bar and one fresh scent, then add one that fits the setting, such as Woodsy for a cabin or Tallow & Petals for a bed and breakfast. Test them first with $3 samples.
Can we create a signature scent?
Yes, as a custom formula. It needs an order of 200 bars and starts with a $250 pilot per formula, which includes one pilot batch, up to two samples, and one revision round. You approve the INCI declaration, measured pH, and specifications before production.
Do you have shampoo and conditioner bars?
Yes. The 3 oz Shampoo Bar is $8 and the 3.5 oz Conditioner Bar is $9, each with its own volume discounts. Neither contains tallow. See shampoo and conditioner bars.
How long until an order ships?
It depends on the product and quantity. Soap bars can ship before they finish curing, so they reach you sooner; we recommend 2 to 4 weeks of curing from the production date before you sell them. See our Production and Curing Policy, and ask us before you order if you have an opening or event date.
How much is shipping?
Checkout calculates it from your ZIP code and order weight, using UPS and USPS rates, so you see the exact charge before you pay. Large orders ship in several boxes, with one shipping charge.
