Every balm jar counts toward one total: Tallow Balm, Coffee & Tallow Eye Balm, and Tallow & Honey Whipped Balm. Every other product has its own tiers, with sizes and scents counted together. Liquid soap counts each format on its own. Your cart applies the price automatically.

Discounts start at 12 units, or 24 for hair bars and 100 for lip balm. Liquid soap paste bags and pails get their first discount at 2 to 4 units. The 2 oz balm and 16 oz lotion jars get their own, larger discounts at every tier.

Is there a minimum order on body care?
Only on lip balm: 50 tubes in any mix of flavors, or 1 tube per flavor to sample. Every other body care product can be ordered in any quantity, from one unit up. The volume tiers only lower your price; they are never required.
Can I mix different products to reach a tier?
Only the balms. Every balm jar counts toward one total: Tallow Balm, Coffee & Tallow Eye Balm, and Tallow & Honey Whipped Balm, in either size. Every other product counts toward its own tiers, with sizes and scents mixed: 8 oz and 16 oz lotion jars count together, for example.
Are the hair and dish bars made with tallow?
No. The Syndet Shampoo Bar, Natural Conditioner Bar, and Solid Dish Soap Block contain no tallow. Our balms, lotion, liquid soap, deodorant, and lip balm are the tallow products, made with pasture-raised, grass-fed, grass-finished tallow from small family farms.

On its product page. Choose a formula or scent there to see its full ingredient list.
Can you make a custom balm?
Yes. Custom balm work starts with a $250 pilot per formula, and production needs an order of 200 units. See custom balm formulation for the steps.
How is shipping charged?
Checkout calculates it from your ZIP code and order weight, using UPS and USPS rates, so you see the exact charge before you pay. Large orders ship in several boxes, with one shipping charge.
How long until my order ships?
It depends on the product and quantity. See our Production and Curing Policy, or ask us before you order if you have a deadline.
Do you sell tallow soap too?
Yes. We make 12 grass-fed tallow soap bars, each 4 oz, from $4.80 a bar down to $3.25 at volume. Shop tallow soap bars.
